  • Handle hardware reclamation and license management during offboarding

Asset & Device Management

  • Track and manage IT assets across their lifecycle (procurement, deployment, refresh, break/fix, and disposal)
  • Maintain accurate inventory of devices and ensure proper allocation for new hires and replacements

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to and help lead IT projects such as system upgrades, office/equipment moves, and process improvements
  • Partner with the broader IT team on company-wide initiatives and operational improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT desktop support, help desk, or a similar hands-on role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across computer hardware and software (70% macOS, 20% Windows, 10% iPadOS)
  • Basic understanding of enterprise networking (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet)
  • Experience managing user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and help desk workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, or crawl under desks as needed
  • Passion for learning new technologies - improving yourself and the team around you
  • Occasional availability on evenings and weekends

Nice-to-Haves (If applicable):

  • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or industrial warehouse environments
  • Exposure to mobile device management (MDM) platforms (Jamf, Kandji, etc.)
