About the International Partner Success Manager at Headspace:

Headspace’s International Partner Success Manager (PSM) supports and manages the relationships with our International corporate Partners to drive user adoption, engagement, and demonstrate ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new Partners and managing existing Partners as part of an owned portfolio of Partner relationships with Partner satisfaction, expansions and renewals target. The PSM works closely with our new business teams and cross-functional Partners to effectively scope new Partner requirements and coordinate their successful implementation and onboarding before then managing ongoing relationships and engagement to successfully drive win-win outcomes. Based in the UK, the PSM works closely with the rest of the Global Headspace organization to uncover new ways to constantly add value to our Partners and make Headspace a part of their user’s everyday lives.

This is a fixed-term contract between 6-12 months.

What you will do:

  • Understand our Partners’ business needs to help them succeed and to identify opportunities for growth
  • Partner with our Implementation team, enable successful roll-out of Headspace to Partners, build out project timelines and manage the operational delivery of the Headspace programme
  • Deliver demos, onboarding and training presentations to Partners (online and occasionally in-person)
  • Facilitate regular meetings with Partners to build strong relationships and become a trusted adviser
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with Partners to share latest Headspace developments, report on utilisation and outcomes metrics and identify opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Work closely with the Headspace Engagement Managers to roll out engagement strategies as part of an on-going calendar of well-being events, communications and campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to support pre sales scoping through to contracting and then drive retention, expansion and upsell
  • Identify opportunities for Partners to act as Headspace advocates (e.g. PR, testimonials, case studies)
  • Prepare and deliver regular client reports and internal reporting on key account status and projections
  • Be the first point of contact for any Partner issues, owning investigation and resolution through the business
  • Constantly identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in our operations
  • Managing renewal negotiations for profitable growth, showing return on investment for clients at all times
  • Represent the voice of the Partner to inform our sales process and product roadmap

What you will bring:

Required Skills:

  • Min 3-4 years in Partner/Client Success, Project Management, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar roles at a management level
  • Experience working with corporate Partners/Clients to negotiate contracts and pricing proposals to close expansion and renewal agreements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in building and maintaining relationships, and a focus on driving engagement
  • Results-driven mentality, detail oriented, and comfort in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Advanced in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Cloud, and Slack
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones when needed
  • Ability to go into the London office 1-2 days a week or as required, with occasional travel to client meetings and events
