Morning Consult is hiring a Benefits Coordinator to join our People Operations team. The Benefits Coordinator will own the day-to-day administration of Morning Consult’s onboarding experience as well as all things benefits. You will also have the opportunity to play a role in how the People team at Morning Consult scales onboarding and benefits programs by improving and streamlining processes and procedures.

Success in this role requires a strong ownership orientation, proactivity, a sense of urgency with excellent follow-through and a baseline understanding of benefit laws. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re self-motivated to improve functions or processes within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. You have a positive attitude, a strong worth ethic and a desire and willingness to learn.
