The Role

We’re searching for an operationally-savvy Director, Revenue Operations to join us during a time of unprecedented change in digital advertising. As a key member of our revenue organization, you will leverage your Adtech expertise and passion for building a forward-thinking, data-centric support organization. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, playing an integral role in our sales and operational strategy by supporting all sales and customer operations functions, including strategy, planning, client success and solutions, platform operations, campaign operations, content development, and insights.

You will directly impact Nativo’s reputation and business growth by exceeding customer expectations for their managed media and programmatic campaigns, as well as driving the adoption of hands-to-keyboard platform use. You will leverage your analytical capabilities to track, measure, and critically review our current approach and make recommendations to help us scale without driving up costs. As a key architect of sales enablement, you’ll lead the design of data-driven ‘at-a-glance’ seller dashboards, sales onboarding, sales training, and sales planning tools to support our go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sales & Revenue Optimization:

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the President and CRO.

  • Lead sales pipeline management, forecasting, and new business initiatives.

  • Enhance customer retention by tracking and optimizing key performance indicators.

Sales Reporting, Competency & Compensation:

  • Lead the creation and delivery of sales reports and internal intelligence.

  • Partner with sales leadership to establish core competencies and drive productivity.

  • Equip the sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools for growth.

  • Partner with the People team to design the sales compensation strategy.

Scalability & Business Growth:

  • Assess current business needs and establish scalable growth metrics.

  • Prepare the organization to manage increased business volume effectively.

  • Drive capability building to deliver high-quality campaign reviews, renewals, and upsell strategies.

Customer Experience & Lifecycle Management:

  • Refine customer-facing and internal processes to improve efficiencies.

  • Implement strategies across the customer lifecycle to drive product adoption, retention, and value.

  • Oversee customer health metrics and develop strategies to mitigate churn.

Technology & Data-Driven Leadership:

  • Optimize the commercial technology stack, including Salesforce, DOMO, and Hubspot.

  • Champion predictive data and analytics to guide the sales organization.

  • Assess and enhance tool utilization and data integrity to support key business decisions.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales team decision-making.

Executive Support & Strategic Alignment:

  • Support executive leadership in developing BOD presentations and QBRs.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and ensure alignment with company objectives.

What You’ll Bring

Operational Leader: 5-10 years of leadership experience in Revenue Operations or Revenue Enablement, with a strong preference for experience in the Adtech industry.

Adtech Insider: Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including managed media sales, content DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic media.

Data Guru: Adept at seamlessly integrating data into business discussions and leveraging key metrics to guide and inform strategic decisions.

Technology Enabler: Extensive experience in leveraging and integrating sales enablement technology platforms to enhance business operations and optimize efficiency.

Change Catalyst: Inspires and leads organizational change, encouraging teams to challenge the status quo while continuously driving improvement and adaptation in a dynamic environment.

Master Communicator: Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with executive-level communication abilities, effectively influencing stakeholders and leading teams.

Curiosity Champion: A naturally inquisitive mindset, with the courage to ask thoughtful questions that drive deeper understanding, innovation, and strategic growth within the business.

Future Focused: Deeply passionate about the evolution of digital advertising, especially in the context of solving the mid-funnel dilemma that marketers face.

Additional Information

Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The starting pay range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
