The Role
Nativo is seeking a Junior Client Partner to join our Platform Sales team. This hybrid role bridges client partnerships and operational execution, supporting revenue growth, onboarding advertisers, and driving new business opportunities within our self-service platform.
Reporting to the senior leader in Platform Sales, you will assist with client acquisition, develop strong advertiser relationships, monitor campaign performance, and contribute to platform growth initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their digital advertising career to gain hands-on experience in native advertising, content marketing, and self-service platform operations.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, assess inbound leads, and manage outreach to expand our self-service advertiser base and drive growth in key verticals.
- Support sales development activities, including outreach, calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to drive new revenue opportunities.
- Assist clients with onboarding onto Nativo’s self-service platform and provide guidance on campaign setup and execution.
- Monitor performance to ensure campaigns meet client objectives, offering actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Develop trusted relationships with advertisers and agencies, understanding their marketing objectives and recommending native/content marketing solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Nativo’s platform.
- Contribute to client retention through ongoing education and strategic outreach.
- Work with internal teams (Sales/Media Planners, Client Partners, Client Success Managers) to capture self-service leads, address client needs, and provide product feedback to guide platform enhancements.
- Represent Nativo at client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed to promote our self-service platform and its differentiated value.

What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or account/campaign management (internships and relevant projects count).
- Familiarity with native advertising, content marketing, and/or ad tech platforms.
- Hands-on keyboard experience with a DSP or social SS platform like Meta, LinkedIn highly valued but not required.
- Experience in a client-facing or support role with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfort with CRM tools, data analysis, and basic campaign performance metrics.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn and grow.

Additional Information
Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The starting pay range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000. This position is eligible to participate in our variable compensation/commission plan. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years’ experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
