Customer Service Training Apprentice (F/M/D)

12 months Apprenticeship, starting in September, based in Paris

About the role

The intern will work primarily with the Training & Quality team within the Customer Service department. Under supervision of T&Q teammates, the intern will help identify, design, update, and/or deliver learning initiatives to support our global CS teams. A big focus will be on Customer Satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• You will support and follow up on training initiatives
• You will support in defining training content and methodologies
• You will help create content (training): researching topics; creating training material (presentations, videos); revising existing content.
• You will be responsible for updating our learning Catalog (Skill Up): Creating, adding, and administrating
• You will help implement and follow up on any new/updated processes in collaboration with the innovation team
• You will occasionally support our quality assurance specialist in quality assessments and pickings

Who you are

• You are currently enrolled in a master degree (business degree or other)
• You are fluent in both English and French (C1) - A third language would be a plus
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are a creative thinker, focused, and love working in a team spirit
• You have an interest in Tech friendly
• Good organizational skills
