About the role

You will be responsible to scale Paid Search marketing channels for all Vestiaire Collective markets (Europe, US, APAC) as well as to optimize the channel to maximize the Marketing New Buyers acquisition and overall ROI.
The role will be instrumental in driving traffic, new and repeat customers, leveraging best practices from the industry, data and product innovations.

As a member of the central Marketing team, you will report to the VP Performance Marketing and will be in charge of managing a team of 4 SEM managers (2 in Paris, 1 in NYC, 1 in Singapore) and will drive the partnership with our Google account managers in order to drive an ambitious road map.

The role is expected to manage the day-to-day operations and to drive innovation projects to

optimize performance marketing ROI, with a data-based approach and impact-driven mindset, and by working closely with multiple stakeholders: Traffic Managers, Data, Product, Local country teams. The candidate should be a Paid Search Marketing expert, with a solid experience in PMAX/Shopping, and with a proven ability to deliver results based on experiments & measurement. They should be able to prioritize initiatives and be a great communicator to all levels of the organization.

What you will do:

  • Drive Paid Search marketing vision and roadmap for a global C2C marketplace (i.e unique item catalog)
  • Performance management: maximize marketing ROI (New customers, ROAS) by leveraging on all the different ad products and by optimizing cross-country budget allocation
  • Product feed optimization: optimize the catalog structure in order to maximize feed quality and PMAX campaign structure
  • Testing: AB test feed strategies, bidding strategies, landing pages variations
  • Innovation: challenge the status quo, test new ad types, new ad formats and new bidding strategies
  • Product & Data: collaborate with Product team and Data team to design the long term vision of Paid Search channels and to build the right tools and products for performance optimization (example: Customized Landing Page, Item clustering, etc)
  • Internationalization: Support Vestiaire Collective’s expansion in new markets with the right go-to-market marketing strategy

Who you are:

  • 8+ years experience, of which 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google SEA/SEM management in best-in-class tech companies
  • Experience in retail / e-commerce (marketplace experience is a plus)
  • Leadership capabilities: Drive multiple stakeholders towards a common goal, within and beyond own team
  • Strong analytics mindset, very good with data,
  • Full autonomy in problem solving: Ability to structure a problem, identify drivers, monitor progress and take corrective actions to achieve results
  • Impact-obsessed, ability to find creative solutions
  • Very good communication skills
