Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Search Engine Marketing Manager to join the team in New York to lead Paid Search execution and strategy in North America.

About The Role

Vestiaire Collective is seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of SEM/SEA, and a proven track record of managing successful SEM/SEA campaigns

What you'll do

Paid Search

  • Own US Paid Search budget and performance
  • Run SEA paid media campaigns without agency support (hands-on)
  • Create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the team - You have a data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
  • Manage relationships with external partners (e.g Google team, agencies) to ensure channel objectives are met and stay abreast of SEM innovations
  • Develop and implement a testing and optimization roadmap for SEM campaigns, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy testing, to continuously improve performance and drive revenue growth
  • Built media plan & participate in new country launch and building there our SEM presence
  • Monitoring competition in a high competitive market

Provide local performance marketing insights

  • Ensure global performance marketing strategy is aligned with local commercial and marketing calendars
  • Ensure US local creatives strategy is well implemented across US performance marketing channels
  • Provide local market and competitors insights to the rest of the Global Performance Marketing team from all performance marketing levers, including: Social media, Affiliates, Strategic Partnerships
  • Fuel the global marketing team (Perf, Creative, 360 Marketing) with US benchmarks and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest US digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEM campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • You can demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running within a hands on role
  • You thrive on ownership and accountability – and have a proven track record of acting on your own initiative to deliver change
  • Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and fast paced work environ
