Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People team in Paris.

About the role 🖥️

  • Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director, Elisa, you will join a team of 3 recruiters fully dedicated to talent acquisition for Vestiaire Collective all around the world. You will recruit globally being dedicated to certain teams, being a real business partner.
  • You love being considered a builder, thrive under autonomy and love making things happen! You are passionate about recruitment and want to be part of an unicorn. As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our positions based in our Paris, Berlin, New York, Singapore or Hong Kong offices. We are hiring for roles across all our teams Marketing, Finance, Operations, Tech, HR, VIP...

What you will do 👜

  • Source, coach & nurture the best profiles for Vestiaire
  • Build your own strategy to grow solid pipelines to catch the best profiles
  • Talent acquisition is not a transaction (only) exercise to you.
  • You are eager to build rapport and gain candidates’ trust through rich and meaningful conversations.
  • Assess them to select excellence
  • Manage your candidates' hiring process seamlessly to ensure a smooth and high-qualitative experience
  • Being a close partner to your dedicated stakeholders.
  • Employer brand: working closely with our impact team and our creativity factory for creating all the needed contents internally and externally in order to communicate and shine.
  • Ad hoc projects: following up all the data to be sure we are on track, how we can improve our recruitment process.

  • You can demonstrate excellent communication and influential skills in English.
  • The role requires to be fully autonomous and driven. We believe that this would translate into 3 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or inhouse).
