Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Warehouse and Consignment Team Leader to join the Warehouse and Consignment Team in Crawley
About the role 🖥️
To lead the Warehouse and Consignment teams . To ensure the link between the Operation and Business teams is fluid and productive . Ensuring KPIs are met within the site operations and provide support and training where needed within the team. Ensure Warehouse tasks are completed within SLA . Manage the team and ensure all positions are filled .Support the other functions in the hub when required
What you will do 👜
- Ensure that all Warehouse KPIs are met (Reception,Picking,Packing and Inventory control)
- Deal with Logistics issues in a timely manner
- Ensure that 5S methodology is in place
- Be proactive in Continuous Improvement projects
- Ensure that Consignment team KPIs are met
- Build a working relationship with the Business team
- Provide support to the wider operation when required
- Be first point of contact for the Hub teams HR queries
- To manage cost within the area
Who you are ⭐
- Have good demonstrative people skills
- Have an organized work ethic
- Be a proactive leader to anticipate bottlenecks and issues
- Have a background in Warehouse management
- Be comfortable with reporting tools
- Have a working knowledge of 5S and Continuous Improvement
