About The Role 🖥️

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a dynamic PR & Events Specialist to join its international PR team. Reporting into the Global Senior PR & Events Manager for Consumer topics, this role is intrinsic to the development and implementation of the global PR strategy including PR campaigns, collaborations and new market launches.This position will be responsible for helping to coordinate the international PR teams.

What you will do 👜

PR execution in France, Italy, Benelux, UK and Spain
Work closely with the Global Senior PR & Events Manager to develop compelling PR campaigns in line with Vestiaire Collective brand positioning
Build and nurture key fashion press contacts
Support in pitching / invitation / follow ups / press opportunities
Support on daily consumer interview requests management, and coordination: gathering information, drafting answers, tracking and follow up
Global PR coordination
Monitor and report on all competitor activity and relevant industry trends for support on monthly newsletter
Work closely with the Global Senior PR Manager to support in the management of US PR teams and agencies where needed (Italy, Spain, Germany/Austria, UK, HK)
Participate in the briefing of markets and agencies
Global PR asset coordination
Produce and distribute PR assets for the international PR teams and agencies including press releases, press-kits, imagery and monthly newsletters
Global PR data coordination
Analyze the success of PR campaigns / events and impact of press coverage, coordinating with markets and agencies, be able to create clear reportings
Global events coordination
Support in the organization and implementation of global PR projects and international events (event coordination, travel logistics, invitation follow-ups, target setting…)

Who you are ⭐

At least 2 years of experience in an Agency or company in PR
Strong knowledge in PR (media…) and familiar with events
Strong attention to details with good communication skills (written and verbal)
You are proactive, rigorous and organized
Collaborative spirit and creativity, interest and understanding of fashion trends
You are comfortable with KPIs
Fluent in French & English
