About The Team
The Marketing Analytics team is key for Vestiaire Collective to continue driving marketing performance which will be a necessary driver of Vestiaire Collective’s global growth. You will be part of a team that works cross functionally with branding, performance marketing, business performance, CRM, product, analytics, engineering, and senior leadership to drive our business forward.
About The Role 🖥️
As Data Analyst you’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Analytics and in collaboration with the VP of Planning & Analytics. You’ll use your quantitative background to guide decision-making. We solve many exciting challenges including customer acquisition, customer activation and retention as well as media mix modeling, marketing attribution and experimentation. If you enjoy building marketing measurement assets to test and learn to optimize marketing performance and customer LTV, we’re looking for someone like you!

What you will do 👜

  • Build quantitative analysis to provide insights that help marketing business leaders understand marketing performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards used by different teams (Social, Influence, Performance Marketing etc.)
  • Measure the impact of Branding campaigns on both traffic and customer acquisition
  • Define strategies to improve both the marketing effectiveness and efficiency of media performance
  • Build full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or other scripting and statistical tools

Who you are ⭐

  • An advanced degree (Bachelor or Master’s preferred) in Business, Statistics, Economics or similar domain
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, agency, marketing or related quantitative role
  • Curious person, self starter, strong work ethic, ability to build relationship with stakeholders and to navigate ambiguity, ability to generate clear insights from data
  • Eager to learn about marketing measurement (marketing mix model, attribution, experiments),
  • Experience in one or more analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
  • Knowledge in Analytics tools, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as Matlab, R or Python
