Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Data Product Analyst
About the role 🖥️
As a Senior Data Product Analyst, you’ll be a strategic partner to our Product teams — connecting the dots between complex data and bold product decisions. Working closely with the VP of Product, Product Managers, and Engineering, you'll help shape the experience for our community of buyers, sellers, and fashion lovers by turning insights into impact. If you thrive on translating user behavior into actionable strategies and want to make a difference in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do 💡
Understand our users: Dive deep into data from tracking, backend systems, surveys, and experiments to uncover motivations, pain points, and product opportunities.
Apply advanced analytical methods to uncover deeper insights, diagnose complex issues through root cause analysis, and detect critical anomalies.
Shape data foundations: Define tracking requirements and collaborate with engineers on tracking definition and validation to maintain high quality data.
Influence product direction: Deliver clear, strategic insights that drive decisions — from identifying friction points to recommending new features or improvements.
Own metrics & experimentation: Define success with meaningful KPIs, design robust A/B tests, and assess the true impact of product initiatives.
Enable self-service & scale: Build intuitive dashboards and automated reports (mostly in Tableau) to empower teams with on-demand insights.
Lead and mentor: Support the growth of fellow analysts by sharing knowledge, best practices, and guidance on complex challenges.
Who you are ⭐
Fluent in English, French is a plus (please send your application in English only)
Experience: 5+ years in product analytics or a similar role, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
Technical fluency: Advanced SQL (Snowflake a plus), data modeling, and hands-on experience with Tableau or similar tools.
Analytical sharpness: Strong grasp of experimentation, statistical methods, root cause analysis, and user behavior tracking.
Strategic mindset: You see the big picture, ask the right questions, and connect data to meaningful outcomes.
Clear communicator: You’re skilled at storytelling through data and influencing decisions at all levels.
Collaborative by nature: You love working across teams and believe in the power of a shared mission.
Bonus: A passion for fashion, sustainability, or the circular economy is a plus!
