About the role 🖥️
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Sustainability Apprentice ("Alternance" to start in September 2025) to support our mission-driven projects and sustainability roadmap.
The Impact team leads our efforts to become the most sustainable e-commerce marketplace, helping drive Vestiaire’s mission to change the way people consume fashion.
We are always looking to pioneer new sustainability topics and grow our expertise.
As part of the team, and reporting to the Impact Project Manager, you will help coordinate and support strong and innovative projects, contribute to research and reporting, and bring a fresh perspective to key sustainability topics.
What you will do 👜
- Participate in the development, implementation and awareness of our Impact roadmap
- Contribute to different ongoing operational projects (charities engagement, climate strategy roll out, annual impact reporting including new BCorp standards, marketing campaign and consumer studies…)
- Support internal animation & communication on Impact topics across all offices globally
- Support the Diversity Equity and Inclusion internal Communities coordination and deployment
- Support the Impact team on various punctual tasks (presentations, wordings, research, brainstorming, interviews and event preparation…)
- Keep the team up to date on hot topics, news and legislative agenda in the fashion, tech, logistics industries
Who you are ⭐
- Curious and passionate about Sustainability, with a good general understanding of its related concepts (circular economy, climate change, CSR...)
- A people-person with good communication skills (written and oral), who enjoys team work!
- Strong organization skills, flexibility & proactivenessGood analytical and synthesis capacities
- Fluent in both French and English
- Good command of Pack Office tools (GSuite)
- You are currently a student enrolled in a Business or Engineering school or University and are eligible to sign an apprenticeship contract (contrat d’alternance)
