This is a 6-month, full time internship, starting in January 2026, based in Paris.
The intern will be integrated into the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective SA, which manages the activities of all its subsidiaries, around the world.

What You'll Do 👜

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts of all kinds (NDAs, “Resale as a Service” partnerships, influencers, photographers, freelancers, agency contracts, rights assignments, etc.);
  • Performing legal research, analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate risks on various issues at stake within an e-commerce platform (commercial law, IP/IT,, consumer law, digital law, etc.);
  • Dealing with IP matters (trademark clearances; filing and renewal of trademarks; opposition proceedings and collecting evidence of use and reputation, liaising with external agents on a worldwide basis);
  • Assisting on anti-counterfeiting matters globally (collaboration with rights holders, lawyers, authorities and various teams internally);
  • Managing pre-litigation and litigation on a worldwide basis, liaising with external counsels;
  • Assisting on compliance and data privacy matters globally;
  • Monitoring of legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact the activity of Vestiaire Collective (IP law, Consumer laws, Digital Services Act, etc);
  • Developing and monitoring of internal procedures (in collaboration with all the lawyers of the team);Assisting with the various administrative tasks of the Legal Department.

Who You Are ⭐

  • Master 2 student in IP/IT and/or NTIC Law, Business Law, International Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE) and/or you are currently an “EFB” (or equivalent) student;
  • Excellent written and oral skills; Fluent in English (and ideally in French), written and spoken, imperative; Master of the MS Office and legal databases;
  • First experience in a company or law firm is desirable;
  • Ability to deliver effective work, prioritize, meet deadlines and manage complex projects in an international and fast-paced environment;
  • You are adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal skills.
