About the role
What you will do
Budget & Sourcing: Monitor the L&D budget and assist in sourcing the best external providers/partners to meet our training needs.
End-to-end Logistics: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events for our employees worldwide.
Administrative Follow-up: Manage the payment of our providers and ensure all administrative records are up to date.
Content Engine: Feed and enrich our internal e-learning tool (360 Learning) by creating and updating modules in accordance with the HR roadmap.
Communication: Support the execution of communication strategies to promote programs and foster a continuous learning culture.
Reporting: Analyze program data, including participant feedback (qualitative and quantitative) and training KPIs.
Optimization: Identify trends and opportunities to enhance our global learning offering and support decision-making.

Who you are
Graduate-level student (Master's degree)
Fluent in English (working language); French proficiency is a strong asset.
Strong interest in Digital Learning, professional development, and cultural transformation.
Creative mindset with a knack for content creation and storytelling.
Strong analytical skills with a structured, methodical approach to data.
Strong technical competencies on google sheet or Excel.
Proactive, curious, and "Activist" mindset, aligned with our sustainability values.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
