About the role

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, the CRM Intern is responsible for planning and executing animation campaigns and commercial initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in a global market (70+ countries).

What you will do

  • Plan weekly animation calendar, coordinate and execute all local animation & commercial campaigns on CRM.

  • Campaign briefs, assets follow-up with Creative & Copy teams, and implementation of campaigns on our CRM tool.

  • Analyze campaigns performance: weekly & monthly reporting.

  • Lead independently structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trend/user behavior.

  • Perform market research; benchmarking, and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions

Who you are

  • Currently (and by July 2026) enrolled in a Master degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest in E-commerce

  • Excellent Google Suite knowledge (emphasis on Google Sheet and Google Slides)

  • Strong analytical skills and willing to develop them: leverage extensive data, ensure data accuracy, and pay attention to details.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask

  • Fluency in English is required (French is a plus)

Nice to have:

  • Strong interest in fashion and luxury
  • Knowledge in CRM tool
  • Proficiency in SQL
