About the role
As our Head of PR & Influencer Marketing, you will join Vestiaire Collective’s Global Marketing Team. You will lead a team of 5 to amplify our mission: transforming the fashion industry for a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-impact consumer influence and high-level corporate reputation, ensuring Vestiaire Collective remains the leading global voice for pre-loved luxury.
What you will do:
1. Global Influence & Talent Strategy
Define and manage the global Influence roadmap, mixing organic engagement with high-performing paid partnerships.
Oversee international influencer campaigns, ensuring brand consistency while adapting strategies for key markets (US, EU, APAC).
Direct the management of top-tier talent contracts and long-term brand ambassadorships.
2. Corporate Communications & Executive Visibility
Act as the strategic lead for Executive Positioning: Manage the public profile, LinkedIn presence, and speaking engagements for our CEO and Executive Committee members.
Support Corporate Communication Manager in drafting high-level briefings, speeches, and talking points for spokespersons to ensure a unified and powerful corporate voice.
Drive the narrative around our ESG commitments, tech innovation, and business growth.
3. PR & Event
Orchestrate global PR launches for brand campaigns and fashion collaborations.
Oversee the strategy and execution of high-visibility PR and Influence events, national and international press trips, ensuring an elevated and "on-brand" experience.
Cultivate and expand a network of top-tier editors, business journalists, and industry opinion leaders.
4. Strategic Leadership
Mentor and develop a team of 5, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Manage the global PR & Influence budget, optimizing ROI and ensuring strategic allocation across the marketing mix.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Impact, Global Campaigns…) to ensure 360° alignment.
About You:
Experience: About 7 years in PR and Influence, with a strong background in luxury, fashion, or tech/e-commerce.
Strategic Agility: You can pivot easily between a creative influencer campaign and a serious corporate briefing.
Executive Presence: You are comfortable advising and briefing C-level leadership.
Influence Expert: Deep knowledge of the "paid influence" ecosystem, including negotiation and performance tracking.
People Manager: Proven experience in managing and growing teams, with a focus on empowerment and structured leadership.
