About the role
We are currently seeking a dynamic team player who can strongly support one of Vestiaire’s most exciting business units.
The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for diversified commercial partnerships with brands or retailers, fostering eco-system shift towards resale, encouraging second-hand adoption towards partners’ clients, while bringing trust and desirable supply within Vestiaire Collective marketplace.
The team is structured in two pillars:
the business development team that continually works on current and new models, adjust it based on market competition evolution. The team pitches our offers to new brands or retailers, and develops the models together with the partners.
the account management team that works with existing partners (Burberry, Mytheresa, Luisaviaroma…) in order to grow them in various ways. The team is also accountable for the retail activity within the marketplace; ensuring the collected supply gets the right level of visibility and sell-through.
You will report into the Senior Brand Account Manager in charge of the account management team, and support the different missions described below.

What you will do

Cross functional collaboration:
Ability to work with various internal stakeholders: Customer Service, Tech & Product, Fraud, Operations in warehouse, Marketing, Pricing, Accounting…
Ability to support Senior Brand Partnership manager in maintaining strong relationships with external partners: help in operational day to day management, participation in regular partner's touchpoint when relevant

Project management:
Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved: imagery and copy updates on partners' webforms, marketing initiatives coordination, monitoring testing environment for project development…
Support the team on regular renderings: monthly invoices and reportings to partners, while aligning with internal enablers (accounting, BI)

Support the team with data tasks:
External & internal reports building, maintenance and sending
Analytical skills: ability to assess KPIs and suggest corrective actions, aligned with overall strategic business or partners’ objectives
Master Excel. Tableau and SQL are a plus
Who you are
At least 2 years of work experience (alternance and internships counting in) as Business Operations Manager, Category Manager or Business Analyst, ideally within an E-commerce/Tech company
Strong project management skills, operational process efficiency thinking and understanding
Ability to build great collaborative internal & external relationships
Structured, organized, proactive with a trouble-shooting mindset
Data driven, analytical, masters Excel, is keen on using AI for data discovery purposes. Tableau and SQL are a plus.
Proven communication skills
Flexible to adapt to a fast pace environment
Motivated by E-commerce and Fashion industry
Fluent in English communication skills (written & spoken), any other European language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German preferred)
